Nice looking but doesnt do the job of drying thoroughly without running it 2 to 3 times. My old dryer I never had a problem in 15 yrs. with drying anything. I have talk to customer service and will try out other settings to see if that helps.

I bought the LG washer and dryer at a very good price and for the color as it matches my stainless steel appliances well. The top load washer has easy to understand dials for a 70 plus non techie user. I love the fron load dryer as it takes 25 or less minutes to dry a washer load. These are great finds as I am used to the old spinner dial type appliances Love that it uses less water and soap

So far the dryer has been working good but with a slight learning curve from the machine for actual getting things done. Reading the manual was essential. the mating washer was another story. The tub is too deep and for a short person this was very difficult time getting clothes items out which required to get husband or a long handled mechanical grabber.

Extremely happy with my dryer. Love the 2 way door for easy loading. Enjoying alert to my phone when cycle is finished allowing me freedom to do other things.

I had my dryer for 2 months and it has already quit working. I called the customer service and all I get are foreigners. They are hard to understand and it took me 5 days before I could talk to someone who could dispatch a tech. They said they didnt have anyone in my area so the guy has to come 60 miles away. He hasnt been here yet so I cant say anything about him yet. But I am very disappointed that it has broken down already. I had heard good things about LG that is why we bought all four of our appliances at the same time. All LG. I hope everything else holds up and doesnt break down. Other than that I really like the appliances.

I purchased the LG Electric Dryer in June of 2017 and I am very happy with its performance. Its efficient quiet and stable no walking around the laundry room.
The controls are easy to use but adding time to dry requires some reading of the manual.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We bought our dryer on July 4th 2017. We shopped for a year trying to find a set to fit our small laundry closet. When we found it we measured and measured again. It will fit. I couldnt have picked a better dryer. It has a huge capacity. The controls are easy to use. The exterior design was perfect. We love it LG thank you for a product that is quality.
