I wasnt able to get this item from Costco when I ordered my new washer and dryer. LG got the part to me quickly so I was ready for the delivery and installation.

Easy to install you dont need anything special tools just a Philips screw driver. A little difficult to get the dyer locked in though with my wife because the front kept splitting apart. Keep in mind she is a bit short and was difficult for her to lift the dyer that high so with two non-vertically challenged individuals it should be a breeze. I wish there was a better mounting solution then double sided adhesive tape on the front side otherwise solid and easy to install

My stackable washer were delivered on Tuesday and as soon as I could a load of laundry was being washed. Loved the quiet as it completed the load.
The following day I used the steam feature on the dryer. I wanted to test and find out if it would remind wrinkles from some cotton shirts. It worked what a great time saver feature

The product itself probably deserves 5 stars. The installation team was appalling. The re-installation team was not much better.
The product was not leveled and the team walked away with the leveling wrench supplied with the product. They tramped dirt in and didnt clean up. Their hands dirtied the laundry walls and the product. They didnt know how to install to one side or other of the available space. The second team worked this out. The incompetence of both delivery teams was not helped by their lack of English language skills.
That said two weeks of operation have been incident-free and effective. I recommend the product but be warned. Youll probably have to supervise them closely when they install it

THIS ISNT S REVIEW ON THE WASHER/DRYER. Its too early to judge but so far we like them. We did buy the stacking bracket but do not have them stacked. I would NOT recommend buying direct from LG. When we purchased the units delivery was late. No calls ahead of time. When the installer came he said he wasnt allotted time to stack the washer and dryer from the Warehouse. The tech himself was helpful the washer dryer are good. But now I am out money on the bracket and am disappointed with the company LG uses to handle its business.

I bought this kit which comes in three pieces. Two side brackets and a front locking piece as you can clearly see in the item image. When the package was delivered it was missing a side bracket. I contacted customer support three times in order to finally speak with someone who after an hour on hold connected me with parts. I spoke with parts and they told me to file a complaint online and hung up. I filed an email online requesting a refund and a few days later got a request to send photos of the missing part. I sent a photo of the whole package and the contents. I did not hear back for a week and was told they were in touch with their supplier encompass or something a few days after that they responded back with the worst excuse to not honor an error or their part ever. I was told that the side bracket was sold seperately. Obvioucly that is just ridiculus. So now I am out almost 100 dollars and parts I cannot use on my new LG washer and dryer combo that costed me $1700.

Order the stacking kit with my washer and dryer. When received all hardware was missing and two of the three brackets were missing. Obviously the installers couldnt stack my units. Contacted customer service and after being disconnected three times and after discussing what they can do they decided to send out a new kit and have the installers come back to stack my units. A week later I get a call from LG saying they cant send me out a new stack kit. They will refund me and send me a shipping label to send back my stacking kit and I would have to reorder a new stacking kit. I have not received any refund or the shipping label. Needless to say my units are still not stacked and I am not very happy about the customer service.

The stacking kit is great but since it is shipped separately from the appliances we had a frustrating week of waiting to reschedule the actual installation. Really should just be in same box.

I was told by the LG representative that I needed this to go with the pedestals. However when I had it installed the guy said I didnt need it. It is for stacking a washer/dryer. Now Im trying to return them but so far Ive cslled 5 times and they still havent emailed me the mailing label to return them.

I ordered a washer and drier along with this stacking kit to be delivered by LG on March 16th and I still couldnt get my washer and drier installed at home On March 16th the washer delivered had a dent on it and I had to return the whole order. When they came back on 3/25 they forgot to bring the drier with the washer and brought 2 washers instead and the delivery crew insisted they cant haul away my existing washer and dryer saying its too large to go through the stairs. How could the existing washer and dryer ended up at my place in the first place if its too large to go through? The reason why I chose them was free haul-away and installation services but my experience with them has been a nightmare so far. LG support is a nightmare impossible to communicate with anyone. There are several layers of customer support no one fixes the problem you need to go through hours of calls to run into someone who can speak English Im hoping their products function as theyre supposed to. I havent had the chance to try out yet since Im still waiting for my drier and washer installation to be complete

We ordered a washer dryer stacking kit and it arrived with only one of the three parts. We reached out to LG for a refund or some remediation but have not heard back. We ended up just going to Lowes and buying another. Still have not resolved this with LG. We inherited this washer dryer from a previous homeowner but when it comes time to replace we will most certainly not choose LG. Customer service is extremely lacking

Overall I have very high rating for the product. I have a stackable washer. I purchased it during the presidents day sales. Therefore I got a break in the price and also free delivery and free pick up and free installation. And to kick this into higher gear I got the stack kit for free. I liked the fact that it is front load and direct motor drive. The cycle spinning was quiet. The control is rather complicated. All kind of options to confused me but once I started to learn more it is quite easy. So far it has been good.

Ordered my stackable part December 11. 2023. Was suppose to be here December 26 arrived December 29. after calling Many times being on hold up to 30 minutes Finally getting a human was told the part was coming. Had to reschedule install and be w/o washer and dryer longer that anticipated. Would NOT recommend ordering Anything on line w/ LG.

Here we go again. You sent me an email to review my products and I have not received my washer and dryer???? Nobody will call me back. Presidents email is a joke. No response. October 31st is when I was supposed to receive my washer and dryer. Then November 3rd then November 8th then November 10.........NO COMMUNICATION. Its November 13th and still no word. I was at a conference this past weekend and had everyone chanting LG SUxxS Hopefully that hits home with the 300 in attendance

The installation was a breeze. The instructions are simple and straightforward no need for professional installation. The main thing you will have to keep in mind is needing some physical help to lift the unit on top of the other unit but that should be inherent when planning for the stacking. Very sleek and minimalist design.

Costco had the washer and dryer but not the kit. It came very quickly and works perfectly. As a bonus I love my new LG washer/dryer set. The front is flat so it fits better in my small place.

We have old LGs in a new situation. So we decided to try to stack them. With the help of a neighbor to lift the dryer we successfully used the stack kit. This video was better than the written instructions that come with the brackets.
